Four persons in Tanzania have been arraigned in court following a video of a lesbian proposal went viral. Africanews is reporting that Milembe Selemani, 35, and Janeth Shonza, a 25-year-old university student were brought before the Mwanza Resident Magistrate Court alongside Richard Fabian, 28 and Annet Mkuki, 24.
