Listen to the stories of some LGBT+ Kenyans ahead of #Repeal162

Kenya’s High Court will decide on Friday if they will decriminalise homosexuality, a decision that could be historic not just for the East African country but for the entire continent.

International advocacy group, All Out, reached out to some LGBT+ Kenyans ahead of the ruling and asked them how the law affects their everyday lives.

Released on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOTB), these stories celebrate the perseverance of the community and reminds us why it is important to repeal some of these laws that doesn’t LGBTIQ people thrive.
