Taylor Bennett Releases Remix to Kendrick Lamar’s FEEL

Taylor Bennett is opening up on his journey in the music industry as he puts his spin on FEEL, a song from Kendrick Lamar’s album DAMN. In a post on Twitter, Bennett opened up on the record adding that he has thought of quitting the music industry and that this is his last attempt to breach the music industry.

Bennett who is the younger brother of Chance the Rapper came out as bisexual early this year. He said he did it because he was turning 21 and he wanted his fans to know that they can be true to themselves even if they are in the hip hop community.

He said at the time “I do recognize myself as a bisexual male & do & have always openly supported the gay community & will keep doing so in 2017. #ThankYou.”

In an interview with Billboard Magazine, the rapper talked about the Hip Hop and the LGBT community. He said “I think hip-hop is pretty homophobic… But at the same time, you have to be yourself, and I think hip-hop is definitely getting towards the age where we’re stepping out of the idea of being thugs and being this created stereotype that the system of America, I would say, has made us.”
