Voting has started in the 2018 edition of the British LGBT Awards and Phyll Opoku-Gyimah, Edward Enninful and Demi Lovato are some of the nominees for the 2018 edition. The event that will hold on the 11th of May aims to celebrate the UK’s most loved LGBT personalities, innovators and companies and has been dubbed the “Gay Oscars” by the press.

Previous guests include Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black, Caitlyn Jenner, Sir Ian McKellen, Alan Carr, Stephen Fry, Clare Balding, Cilla Black, Paul O’Grady, Lorraine Kelly, Girls Aloud, Little Mix and Graham Norton among many others.
