On the 4th of September 2018, South African singer and winner of The Voice SA, Craig Lucas came out as gay. In the emotional letter, Lucas spoke about battling his depression and the struggle to keep his sexuality private so as not to jeopardise his career.
Now, the singer has released the music video to his latest single ‘Hearts Exposed’ and this time he is using a male love interest. The video features his close friend, Anzio Kevin September who plays his love interest. Lucas adds that he wants the music video to serve as a continuation of his open letter.
