Success Capital, a queer feminist and youth-led non-governmental organisation as launched the first edition of their e-resource, The Feminist Agenda.
Titled FeministA, the project recognises and affirms those who we are as those most vulnerable, marginalised and excluded in decision making, resourcing and expression. It is a body of work committed to showcasing alternates or possibilities of feminist futures and solutions that see beyond neoliberal, capitalist and colonialist framing of existence.
“This first edition captures the generosity of young feminist powers. Their foresight into the kind of world that is needed. One of love work and defiance in development narratives. It provides alternates or adjustments that recognise the importance of care, collectivism and change. It unmasks who we are as unseen and unheard. As we claim space in a world that is filled with violence, privilege and COVID-19.” Dumiso Gatsha, Founder of Success Capital.
It was curated by Mmabatho Motsamai with essays from Bosa Sebele, Tigele Nlebesi among others.
